 Tedns machine that cuts paper from defective cigarettes to reclaim tobacco: Attaches hoisting bar to tub of cigarettes.

Starts machine and pulls rope to hoist tub and dump cigarettes into hopper that feeds cigarettes under cutting knives and onto separator (vibrating screen) that separates paper from tobacco.
